Descriptif du poste

Missions

  • Country opening & development: you will be reporting to our COO and will be responsible for launching Onepilot in the country
  • As the first person on the ground representing Onepilot, you will need to have a 360 view and be the first salesperson and operations manager in the country. You will be supported by our Paris HQ to get our first clients & heroes
  • You will be responsible for the country P&L and will be in charge of day-to-day steering & strategy
  • You will be leading the country team. Initially made of you & an account manager, the country team will be growing as the business grows
  • You will be responsible for coordinating all the admin & HR tasks in the country

Profil recherché

  • You are data-driven and like to work with objectives
  • You like teamwork
  • You are hands-on and ready to solve tickets when needed
  • You work autonomously
  • You are comfortable with MS Office/G Suite and speak fluent Spanish and English
  • Speaking French is a plus but not required
