Job Description

Missions

Responsible for our European outbound strategy (France, UK, Germany, Spain…) and management of +6 SDRs you missions will be :

  • Identify, prioritize, and develop other lead generation channels (SEO, SEA, Social Ads…)
  • Optimize the generation, qualification, and processing of leads from their marketing entry point to their conversion into customers (full ownership on our tool stack - currently on Pipedrive)
  • Improve the site's conversion rate and propose changes in terms of design and customer experience
  • Set up KPI monitoring to measure the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts

Preferred Experience

  • Engineer background and/or tech bootcamp (Wagon…)
  • Curious with a strong entrepreneurial, bootstrap, and result-driven mindset
  • Proven +3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, business intelligence, data enrichment, and CRM tooling
  • Experience in team management in a fast-growing company with double-digit annual revenue growth
  • Fluent in French and English (German and/or Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, and fun to work with
