Descriptif du poste

Missions

  • You will build the long-term vision of the product at Onepilot

  • You will be responsible for creating an internal alignment and excitement about the product

  • You will co-build and maintain the the roadmap

  • You will lead, manage and mentor a product team

  • You will drive the roadmap execution by taking care of the product planning and the tasks assignment and deliverables

  • You will monitor the product development sprints and evaluate the results

  • You will drive ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action

Profil recherché

  • You are quality-driven: people say you are picky and pay attention to details
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You are creative: thinking about new features and ways to improve a product is something you love doing
  • You are social: you are comfortable with talking to people to mobilise/coordinate the right resources to meet your goals
  • You are used working with project management tools
  • You have good management skills and want to lead a team
  • You have a customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
  • You have a deep understanding of the general technical development of a product
  • You are hands-on and ready to solve support tickets when needed
  • You speak fluent French and English (or at least C-1 for the latter)
