Job Description

In daily contact with our users and other teams :

  • You will actively take part in *building the roadmap in full autonomy and in coordination with other teams


  • You will execute the roadmap by writing specifications explaining user needs and features design and you will own the journey of each ticket through its lifecycle

  • You will mostly impact and monitor our 2 main KPIs: agents efficiency and internal teams efficiency based on the data that you will use everyday

  • You will be responsible for product quality: including managing features development, QA (we also have a QA team) and efficiency. In your daily work, you will ensure the product is always meeting the greatest quality standard, taking targeted actions to influence technical development if needed.

  • You will give particular attention to UX by assisting wireframing with our product designer and following-up on features and modules in order to guide technical development

Preferred Experience

  • Proven +3 years of hands-on experience in product

  • You are quality-driven: people say you are picky and pay attention to details

  • You have a data-oriented mindset to help monitoring your KPIs and make informed decisions

  • You are creative: thinking about new features and ways to improve a product is something you really love doing

  • You have a customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process

  • You are comfortable with talking to people in order to coordinate the right resources to meet your goals: we’re 1 team, and product is in the center of a good collaboration 😉

  • You have good project management skills

  • You speak fluent French and English (or at least C-1 for the latter)

  • You like teamwork

  • You are hands-on and ready to solve support tickets when needed

  • Bonus: you are comfortable with Figma
