Descriptif du poste

As Marketing Director, you will be working closely with the Sales team and refer to Pierre - CCO. Our goal with this recruitment is to move from a mass approach (startups, DNVBs, SMBs) that has served our growth over the past years to an enterprise/consulting approach currently being developed by our team but which requires tailored marketing support.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Strategic ABM & Demand Gen Architecture: orchestrating “High-Touch” ABM campaigns on your top 200 target accounts (customized content, VIP events, executive briefing books)

  • Content Authority & "Enterprise-Grade" Reassurance: Creating “Enterprise-grade” collateral (Security whitepapers, ROI calculators, deep-dive case studies). Building a brand aura so that when we reach out, the prospect already recognizes OnePilot as a thought leader.

  • Sales Enablement & Strategic Alignment: build the decks, scripts, and business cases that help them navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Implement intent-data tracking to provide Sales with "warm" opportunities and actionable insights.

  • Team Leadership & Operations: Manage and mentor our Junior Marketing Associate (Clarisse), turning strategy into flawless execution. Coordinate with external freelancers (Design, PR, Copywriting) with a premium quality standard.

  • Partnership: Manage the relationship with our partners (ticketing tools, Back-Office, CRM, acquisition agencies, development agencies, investment funds, etc.)

  • Performance measurement: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (our marketing funnel metrics include: awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline) with a focus on continuous optimization.

Profil recherché

  • +6 years in B2B and Account Based Marketing with a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS or high-value complex services (ACV > €100k)

  • You are a "Sales-minded" marketer. You prefer one strategic meeting with a CX Director over 1,000 cold clicks.

  • Strategic Copywriting: You have an exceptional ability to craft narratives. You can turn complex operational challenges into a compelling vision.

  • Experience in the Customer Services industry is not a requirement but you have strong interest in this field to show autonomy.

  • Data-Driven: You speak the language of Pipeline, ACV, and CAC/LTV, not just CTRs and likes

  • You have an eagerness to work in a startup team environment, dynamic and ambitious

  • Stellar presenter and comfort with executive-level interaction

  • You are fluent both in French and English
