Job Description

This role is at the intersection of Go-To-Market Engineering and Sales Operations

  • Top of funnel: (i) fuel pipeline with SQL (ICP, Persona, Buying intent) that Sales Managers will close (ii) MQL that Business Developers will reach out to

  • Sales Efficiency: enhance sales team day-to-day to maximize (i) New MRR Won (ii) Sales efficiency

What you'll do

  • Build automated prospection systems for Europe and US markets using our current GTM stack (Dust, Clay, Zeliq, HubSpot) and/or implement others. Design end-to-end workflows that identify high-intent prospects, enrich data, generate personalized outreach, and route qualified leads to BDRs within Hubspot.

  • Enable Sales and BDR teams to multiply their impact by automating repetitive and/or low value added tasks, developing playbooks, and training teams on automation. Let them focus on high-value conversations while reaching more prospects and/or closing more deals.

  • Drive measurable pipeline generation with a clear target by owning outbound campaigns end-to-end, tracking key metrics, and continuously optimizing based on performance data.

  • Run rapid experiments to discover what works by designing A/B tests for messaging and targeting, implementing new approaches quickly, measuring results rigorously, and scaling successful experiments into repeatable playbooks.

Preferred Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in an Revenue Operations, Growth Ops or GTM Engineering role

  • Technical fluency: Comfortable with multiple Saas tools, APIs & webhooks, automation platforms, and basic scripting

  • AI at core: Excited to be at the forefront of how AI is transforming GTM strategies

  • Hubspot expert

  • Outbound & Email Automation – Familiarity with Zeliq, Clay, Surfe or similar tools.

  • Business oriented: You understand sales processes, lead qualification, and want to attach your work with tangible commercial outcomes. You have a Growth mindset.

  • Data-driven: You measure everything and optimize based on what the numbers tell you

  • Scrappy & resourceful: You find creative solutions and aren't afraid to experiment
