Job Description

The Product team is composed of 2 Product Manager based at Paris. You will be part of the product team while collaborating with our Tech team composed of 12 senior engineers across Paris and remote locations.

Missions

We are searching for a Product Designer able to:

Take ownership of different projects

  • We work using the Shape Up methodology. As part of this, you will work closely with the engineering team to build the voted roadmap.

  • You will also have the occasion to give feedbacks to pitches being shaped by Product Managers

Conceive the best solutions

  • You’ll translate a product “pitch” into visual specifications that make sense to our end-users and you will be key to the success of projects

  • You’ll challenge your solutions with our freelances agents and our operational teams

Design amazing products

  • You’ll conceive wireframes that will help projecting engineers into a tech solution.

  • You’ll produce top-notch designs that will be the visible part of a tech-first, AI-focused company

  • You’ll have the ownership of creating and maintaining our design system

Preferred Experience

  • Proven +3 years of designing SaaS products

  • You are creative: thinking about new features and ways to improve a product is something you really love doing

  • You are emathic and you are user-focused: UX is key to the adoption of complex solutions that Onepilot is producing to our customers, freelancers and operational team

  • You are quality-focused: people say you are picky and pay attention to details

  • You speak tech fluently: you should understand the scope of possibilities and limitations across a technical spectrum

  • You are autonomous: you own your projects and take initiatives.

  • You have project management skills

  • You speak fluent French and English (or at least C-1 for the latter)

  • You master Figma

  • Bonus: you are comfortable with Linear (our tech ticketing tool)

Recruitment Process

  1. Introductory call with a People & Culture team member to present the role and answer your questions.

  2. 30 min second stage with Julien, Product Manager.

  3. Business case interview with Julien.

  4. Final interview with Adrien our CEO and one other team member
