Job Description

Role Overview : As a Sales & Ops Intern at Onepilot, you will work closely with Antoine our Sales Missions & Project Manager to run sales-driven outbound calls missions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Clients Onboardings: run 5 to 10 hours of tests calls to validate KPIs (answer rate, conversion rate…), build associated academy, knowledge base and pricing proposal to match clients’ objectives (pitch scription, objection playbook, targeted personas, Unique Selling Proposals and challenges… )

Clients Management: you will jump on weekly meetings to share feedback, best practices and actions to increase performance while reaching Key Success Factors (mainly cost per conversion)

Agents Management: you will manage the staffing, recruitment needs, quality and productivity of the batch (training, first shifts shadowing sessions, quality reviews, variable bonus management…)

Own a profitable P&L on the sales outbound calls: you will be responsible for the overall P&L of this new revenue stream

Preferred Experience

  • You’re curious and eager to learn

  • You’re a team player and able to solve problems quickly.

  • You speak French and English

  • A first experience in Sales is appreciated but not mandatory. A motivated person who is looking for a first sales opportunity can apply.
